Nike Air Max Zero

With Air Max day happening tomorrow, Nike finally rolls out the one before the one.

Deemed too advanced a look at the time, this Tinker Hatfield design was eventually refined into the iconic Air Max 1 silhouette loved by sneakerheads everywhere. Now after thirty years of being shelved, the first true Air Max design finally gets its moment in the sun.

Incorporating a few elements from other Nike gems such as the Sock Racer and the Air Huarache runner, the retail version of the Nike Air Max Zero mixes it up with modern construction elements such as Hyperfuse and the Ultra sole seen on the Air Max Ultra Moire series.
