Adidas Ace16+ PureControl
Adidas Football made waves last year when the brand announced that it would be discontinuing iconic football boots such as the Predator to be replaced with what the brand saw as shoes for two types of players on the pitch. While the strategy has worked for most, it looks like the brand is going all in as they unveiled the next iteration of the Adidas Ace boots.
Made for players who like to control all aspects of the game, the Ace 16+ PureControl is a dynamic knitted boot with a high collar that might remind some of the Nike Magista. Adidas goes one step further by removing the laces to ensure only the purest of ball feel when it comes to both dribbling and striking. Look for the Ace 16+ boots to be on the feet of players such as Mesut Ozil, James, Ivan Rakitic and Oscar and check out local boot retailers such as BootCamp for availability.
