Adidas Nastase Master Running White/Gum
Adidas made waves this early this year when they brought back the Stan Smiths. Now, the German footwear giants are steadily digging through their tennis archives to reintroduce some classics to a whole new generation of sneaker fans.
The Rod Lavers only recently made their comeback to retail when news of a re-release of another Adidas tennis classic to surface. Pictured here is the Nastase Master done up with a running white upper that sits on a gum sole. Slightly reminiscent of German Army Trainers, these simple sneaks have got all the trappings of a sure hit among the fashionable set. But will they be with you?
The supposed release date for these Nastase Masters is on the 31st of May, so here's to hoping that local Adidas stores will have them in stock somewhere around that time. And on that note, my fingers are still crossed for a proper Ilie Nastase retro to come down the pike in the near future as well.
