Nike Air Foamposite Pro "Yeezy"
Even with Kanye West currently signed with Adidas, his impact on the sneaker world during his time under Nike was nothing but monumental.
Take this upcoming Nike Air Foamposite Pro release that sports a colorway inspired by one of those seen on the Air Yeezy 2. Once pics hit the net, sneakerheads were quick to dub them with the "Yeezy" nickame, without a doubt kicking the hype meter up a couple of levels. Regardless, these are a pretty clean look, and a very welcome break from a string of pretty nasty printed foams. These feature a carbon fiber print, but the execution is pretty subtle. Honestly, foams weren't built to be subtle, so it doesn't take a lot to make them stand out. Simple colorways with solid execution trump loud and garish ones in my book any day. And these fall more into the former. Hopefully for the sake of hardcore Foam collectors, we see a resurgence of simpler colorways make their way back in stores.
If you're feeling these, then you'll have to prolong your agony just a little bit longer as they're dropping on April 19.
