Check out Offerings from The 2015 Nike Basketball and Jordan Brand BHM Collections

Black History Month (BHM) isn't officially celebrated in the Philippines, but sneakerheads on this side of the world recognize the occasion when special edition sneakers drop. This year will be no different, with Nike ushering in a massive BHM collection of footwear and apparel spanning a number of sports. This year, the collection honors six athletes and coaches who have impacted sport with their courage and determination: Theotis Beasley, Kevin Prince-Boateng, Jerry Rice, Brianna Rollins, C. Vivian Stringer and John Thompson.

However, only a select number of items from the collection will be made available locally. Read on to find out more.

All of Nike Basketball's signature athletes will be getting special colorways for the latest models of their shoes. But only the Nike Kobe 9 Elite, LeBron 12, and KD7 will be available in local shops.

The Nike Kobe 9 Elite will retail for P14,495.

The Nike LeBron 12 will retail for P12,995.

The Nike KD7 will retail for P9495

Jordan Brand will also be getting in on this year's BHM action, but only the Air Jordan 1 Retro will be hitting local store shelves.

The Air Jordan 1 Retro BHM will retail for P7495.

Here are the stores that will be carrying these three Nike Basketball BHM signature models:

  1. Thank you so much for this post. Going nuts these past few days trying to find some info if the kobe 9 will be available here and where I can grab some pairs. Thank you for this. At least no more panic mode for me.

    More power to you!

Do you happen to have an article also about what the kobe 9 availability, which store and pricing? Thanks!
