Air Jordan 2 Retro White/Red

The Air Jordan 2 may be one of the more underrated models in Michael Jordan's sneaker line, but its simplistic design has steadily endured throughout the years. And in a few months time, another original colorway of MJ's second sneaker will be making its way back to retail.

Last seen as part of the 2008 Countdown Series, the White/Red Air Jordan 2 comes back as close to the previous release as they can possibly be. A white leather upper mixes in with contrasting red accents and a touch of grey on the sole. Finishing them off in true retro fashion is the classic Air Jordan "Wings" logo on the tongue.

While a slew of other Jordan retros will be making bigger waves this summer (Carmine 6s, Concord 11 lows..) , this is the one I'm really looking forward to copping. If you're with me, you gotta wait 'til June 7 to get a chance to pick up a pair. No local release info yet, but I'll make sure to update when I get any word.
